(Not all) Decayed objects

Of these, no elements are available from OIG for #19461 = 88- 78 B
and #23786 = 96- 8 C.
#23073 = 89- 89 BU probably decayed within a few days of 1996 April 25,
though the last published elset was dated April 12.
#23664 = 95- 45 H decayed on 1995 September 2.
All the other objects are in orbit - here are their latest elsets:

I suspect that both #8547 and #22110 may decay next March or April,
give or take, while #21794 and #23674 (despite its 16+ revs/day)
may decay this September.
