Most probably NO acceleration of 76- 11 B = 8646

As mentioned yesterday there was a sudden jump in Mean motion at day
156 (from 13.7317 to 13.7321). But taking a look at the elements of
the last five days, one can see immediately that the MM is now almost
the same as before. So I think a misinterpretation of the radar-data
caused this sudden jump... (meaning there was NO jump and NO
acceleration of the rocket).
