It appears that the Spektr Rk #23580 may make its final pass
before decay over the US on Friday morning at about 10:40 UT !
It should be easy to see from north-western USA, on a track
roughly from Montana to Carolina. I hope you will see it!

I left out the the fact that #22709 was in shadow over the entire US
on its last passes, but Canada should have had excellent passes at
about 05:10 and 06:35 on Thursday morning.
It probably decayed on one of these orbits, about 6 hours before my last
prediction.

I will continue computing these two events, but I can probably not
get a mail out in time for the Spektr Rk decay.
