The following updated orbit is based on observations by Leo Barhorst, Russell
Eberst, Andriy Makeyev and Marco Langbroek:

USA 276 386 x 409 km
1 42689U 17022A 17199.02152589 0.00004001 00000-0 54396-4 0 09
2 42689 50.0076 240.0781 0016964 317.2472 42.7178 15.56705651 03

rms 0.017 from 17 obs Jul 17.01 - Jul 18.04 UT

There is evidence that the object has been making small manoeuvres the past
days. Attempts to fit over multiple days show that some days lead to large
residuals.
