I got lucky in this observing session, as clouds were moving in just as the USA
276 pass was commencing. The early part of the pass just after shadow egress was
through thin clouds, but the rest in clear sky.

USA 276 was a naked eye object, about mag +2 just after shadow egress, slightly
fainter (+2.5 to +3.5) when descending to the east.
