Hi All

MUOS 5 [41622, 16041A] sent me on a little bit of a goose chase last
night as it was running late last night based on Mike's 10 day old TLE.
It appears a small maneuver has occurred.

The optical characteristics remain similar with the 10 minute flash
period still intact.

The above obs were taken at the peak of the flash using my video system
with 10s integration of 250 PAL video frames. I regretfully didn't run
the still system or would have gotten much more of an arc as the above
were at the edge of the video frame...

Whatever is going on with the recovery effort certainly doesn't instill
confidence that the s/c is going anywhere fast soon. Maybe that's the
plan a slow putt putt putt up?

Regards,
Scott Tilley
