IRS P2 (23323) flare magnitude -1.5

I was trying to follow the possible route of ERS 1 (which did not let see
with the naked eye) I was surprised when this satellite. At first I thought
it would ERS 1, but it seems to be IRS P2, which left about 20 seconds
flare with a prolonged peak of magnitude -1.5
I leave the only picture you can take, not very good, but capturing the
maximum brightness.
