On 24 July 06:05:38 UTC from Wash D.C. US area I observed Yaogan 9A,B,C (36413,36414,36415) traveling in unison with another object
(from the start of my observation) for 3 minutes towards the end of the flyover through Pegasus toward the South. Is this Debris E or F  (36417,36418)?
Attached is an animated GIF of some of the footage. Bright star is Mirach. Very hazy conditions.(3 objects across, below them in formation).I can provide a 32 degree field of view of the path traces of the 4 until they faded if that would be helpful (still completing).I've seen Yaogan 25 with 4 objects before, never Y9.
Ignore rising sat.

85mm f1.4.
