5919 Obs IGS 1A ?

With a very bright sky, I could barely find Altair, where IGS 1A was to
pass, visually.

The camera had to be set to ISO 200, 1/2 second with my f/1.8 lens to get
some contrast.

The only satellite recorded appears to match IGS 1A, 79.6 s early on
yesterdays elset.
