The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is launching ([1])
India's first dedicated navigational satellite IRNSS-1A via its Polar
Satellite Launch Vehicle later today (Monday, July 1, 11:41 p.m. IST =
6:11 p.m. UTC, from Sriharikota in southern India ([2, 3])).

The satellite is going to be eventually put in a circular
geo-synchronous orbit with an inclination of 29 degrees at 55 degrees
East ([4]). It is going to be part of the Indian Regional
    Navigational Satellite System ([5, 6]).
