    Observations 24 July 2012 Part 2

    Cosatrak 1 (Computerised satellite Tracking System).
    
    MINTRON 12V1C-EX surveillance camera with 25mm focal length
    f/1.4 lens. Field of view  14.4 x 10.7 degrees. Limit for
    LEO satellites about mag +6.5
    Recorded to DVD recorder and measured using VLC media player
    in conjunction with GUIDE V8.
    Individual video frames are GPS time stamped.
    Images processed and measured manually.
    
    Site 0433 : Longitude 18.51294 deg East, Latitude -33.94058 deg,
    Elevation 10 metres-situated in Pinelands (Cape Town),South Africa

    NOTES:
    ----------
    (1) Ted informs me that my unknown cant be a satellite as moving too
        fast. The object certainly had me fooled so it must be a real UFO.
        Too sharp to be a bird, no flashing lights of an aeroplane etc so it
        bites the dust.
    
    (2) Im not reporting the other 29 satellites seen as not of any real
        interest to anyone and Im too lazy to type them into IOD FORMAT.
    
    (3) Ive given two times for the one position of #21808 - I cant decide
        whether I wrote down 54.1 or 54.7 seconds in the time of observation-
        sloppy handwriting but better than any medical doctors :-))
