    F is because of moderate patches of broken cloud.
    As far as I can remember this is actually my first observation
    of this object. It seems brighter than my observations of  FIA 1
    (10 46 A, 37162)
    A magnitude estimate has been included in Heavens-above's database,
    so it appeared in 2 transits of the brighter than mag 4.5
    evening \morning predictions. Second transit was clouded out tonite.
