    Observations 05 JULY 2012 Part 1

    Cosatrak 1 (Computerised satellite Tracking System).
    
    FLI ML8300M CCD camera with mechanical shutter + Trimble GPS
    
    Used with NIKON telephoto lens,focal length 193.5 mm at f/2.8
    fitted with IR blocking filter.
    Field of view 4.0 x 5.3 degrees.
    Time is accurate to within 50 milliseconds.
    
    Site 0433 : Longitude 18.51294 deg East, Latitude -33.94058 deg,
    Elevation 10 metres-situated in Pinelands (Cape Town),South Africa

    (1) Partially clear sky for a few hours after prolonged spell of cold
        weather and rain.
    
    (2) Much more to report but reporting this today as it contains
        observation of Ofeq 9 (#36608) - very brief track due to shadow exit
        point and used gap  in local buildings.
