OFEQ 9 observed, just lower in sky

    Ofeq 9 was observed to pass lower in the sky then predicted.
    
    At around 8:06:46 utc give are take, it passed below the following star
    
    Data from the Tycho catalog:
    TYC 5824 21
    J2000 position at current date (proper motion included):
    Right ascension: 23h14m40.1665s
    Declination: -10 41' 19.838"
    
    This was over 1 degree off the predicted track.
    
    Obs later.
