ODQN Orbital Debris Quarter News v14, 12 april 2010 (

mentioned about 7 pieces of debris detected the largest ones are 2 metre 
RCS but didnt say which one..

I have posted the stack images of the negative magnitude flashing and 
video link available Phase angle at the time of flashing is around 133d.
