    Poor observing conditions due to patchy dense cirrus which made star 
    ID difficult.
    Otherwise would have had a  Lacrosse 3  observation as well.
    HA had predictions for 2 other NOSS 3rd gen rockets as well.
    one was too bright twilight the other was wiped out by dense cirrus.
