    Tony Beresford and Greg Roberts contributed observations used to determine the following element
    set.

    The above may be more indicative of the object's rate of decay between manoeuvres.
    
    Extending the arc back to June 4, to include observations by Kevin Fetter, Alberto Rango and Brad
    Young, yields the following result, which appears to be a good long-term average solution. It agrees
    with the most accurate observations reported as far back as April 24, to within a couple seconds of
    time and a few hundredth's of one degree cross-track.
