I just saw a wonderful appulse of the ISS with a satellite. I believe
the satellite was Seasat 1 (10967). The appulse occurred at 6/27
    21:24:34 +/- 1 sec MDT (6/28/09 03:24:34 UTC). The apparent separation
was less than 1/2 degree. Seasat was brighter than predicted, possibly
magnitude 2, but no worse than 3.

Could someone confirm my ID of the satellite?

    Thanks,
    Brent
