    Derek Breit, David Brierley, Bob Christy, Marco Langbroek, Pierre Neirinck,
    Alberto Rango, Brad Young, and I, contributed observations used to determine one
    or more of the following element sets.
    
    Bob Christy's radio observations have revealed another reboost manoeuvre by SDS
    2-4 (96038A / 23945). The following elset is an estimate, assuming the manoeuvre
    occurred at the perigee of 04:36 UTC on July 23. There are other possibilities.

    raise its perigee, as in its most recent two manoeuvres.

    Despite bad weather, we have been hanging on to the rapidly decaying 09023B.
    Pierre Neirinck is the latest to have kept us in the game, by managing to
    observe through gaps in the clouds on July 23 and 24 UTC. Propagation using
    Satevo 0.51 results in decay on 2009 Aug 01.78 UTC. Uncertainty is a few days.
