    Not much new.  Latest prediction is about the same and I wouldn't
    expect things to change.  If I had an 80 degree dawn/sunlit pass, I'd
    check it out.
    
    The best place to find out if it has already decayed?  Unless you see
    it, it would normally be after the fact.
