    The next launch attempt is scheduled for Wednesday July 15, at 22:03:10 UTC.
    
    Western Europe will have evening visibility of a portion of the pass after MECO
    (main engine cut-off). The most westerly locations will have the longest view
    before the orbiter and external tank enter eclipse.
    
    NASA has yet to upload state vectors for the new launch date, so I rotated a TLE
    generated from the MECO state vector of an earlier date:
