Just observed a 'startling' pass of the subject object. Super fast (distance about 200KM/ALT 180KM) and bright (about 0 mag). Latest tip messages put the decay mid morning on the 14th (UTC). Previous orbit to the predicted decay puts this object coming out of shadow over the Toronto area ascending at (about) 8:22 UTC. The next orbit also exits shadow over North America, Western S. Dakota exiting shadow at around 9:50 UTC. Both passes are visible to me in the Minneapolis area. The weather forecast isn't cooperating however.
