Stefano Sposetti and I have recently observed very bright flashes from the IRIDIUM 33 Debris
1997-051Q (NORAD 33777). Some of the observed flashes were even brighter than magnitude -4. This make me believe that the debris could be a big fragment of a Main Mission Antenna of the Iridium 33.

A couple of photos of the flashes and a 3D representation of the preliminary flash track can be
    found at my web page.
