    Only 2 classfd, other sats later, on a spectacular night. Gibbous moon not much of a problem because air is so dry. 
    
    90066 would seem to be 27938; very similiar tracks, with 90066 just a bit early on Mike's latest inttles. I used the uncertainty term for the range e.g. 90066 was 11->13 F with period about 1s.
