    I'm no expert but I have used TS6 several times with a Paramount ME.   
    Works great but it is very sensitive to time, observer's location and  
    VERY current satellite data (aka TLEs or Two Line Orbital Elements  
    which can be downloaded from the web using Data>Satellites>Orbital  
    elements>Import From Web).
    
    Basically once you have each of those entered it's just a matter of  
    waiting for a satellite to appear on the monitor and then clicking on  
    it.
    
    Best to start with geosynchronous satellites as they don't move much.   
    Then move on to faster movers.
