With these new data the ISS would have a nice photo opportunity of a 50%
eclipsed sun setting at around 10:13:30 UTC, 1-AUG-08 during shadow ingress
and then there is a second opportunity at 11:30 UTC with a 55% eclipsed
sun high in the sky. But without the maneuver they would see a deeper (90%)
eclipse. So they are moving away from their chance of seeing a total eclipse
    with this maneuver.
