Gorizont 25 flash report and video

    I decided to look at Gorizont 25 ( 21922 ) as to see how it was behaving, since I never observed it before.
    
    I had started observing it, at 4:00 UTC ( July 14 ) and no sooner, I observed a flash. Then a short time later, another flash = good :)
    
    I observed it for 1/2 hour.
