Hi, I'm just in from observing the NOSS 3-4 pair and rocket. The rocket and 07027A were within a second of on time and 07027C was about a second early. If "The 07027A and C elements are a bit rough", I'd hate to see Ted's predictions on a good day. :-) Brian 44.2357N 76.5113W 95m > > From: "Ted Molczan" <ssl2molcz@rogers.com> > Date: 2007/07/30 Mon PM 02:55:26 EDT > To: <SeeSat-L@satobs.org> > Subject: Updated elements > > The 07027A and C elements are a bit rough, due to the short arc. > > USA 193 5.0 2.5 0.0 4.3 v > 1 29651U 06057A 07211.02569565 .00022400 00000-0 11782-3 0 03 > 2 29651 58.4966 217.3847 0010229 71.2939 288.9260 15.80081075 00 > Arc 2007 Jul 26.10 - 30.04, WRMS residuals = 0.028 deg > > NOSS 3-4 (A) 0.0 0.0 0.0 4.9 v > 1 31701U 07027A 07211.25474384 .00000017 00000-0 20000-4 0 03 > 2 31701 63.3500 287.5748 0209300 149.6924 211.6410 13.60374413 08 > Arc 2007 Jul 29.97 - 30.27, WRMS residuals = 0.021 deg > > NOSS 3-4 (C) 0.0 0.0 0.0 4.9 v > 1 31708U 07027C 07211.25652209 .00000017 00000-0 20000-4 0 04 > 2 31708 63.3618 287.5991 0197300 150.3517 210.8876 13.60410280 08 > Arc 2007 Jul 29.97 - 30.27, WRMS residuals = 0.027 deg > > NOSS 3-4 r 0.0 0.0 0.0 5.0 v > 1 31702U 07027B 07211.28068846 .00000023 00000-0 10000-4 0 05 > 2 31702 63.3724 276.5082 0164518 188.9881 170.8229 14.17705968 05 > Arc 2007 Jul 24.23 - 30.29, WRMS residuals = 0.020 deg > > Ted Molczan > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: > http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
