Hi,

I'm just in from observing the NOSS 3-4 pair and rocket.

The rocket and 07027A were within a second of on time and 07027C was about a second early.

If "The 07027A and C elements are a bit rough", I'd hate to see Ted's predictions on a good day.  :-)
