    07027A and 07027C were late by 62 s and 60 s, respectively, relative to my epoch
    07209.05 elements, as a result of manoeuvres that increased their period by
    about 4 s.
    
    07027B was on time relative my epoch 07209.023 elements, but up to 0.14 deg
    higher than predicted. Its slow regular variation became very apparent as the
    phase angle decreased below 90 deg.
