Hi,

Using Ted's elements from yesterday, I observed both payloads (07027A and C) twice this evening.  They were running about a minute late in all cases.  I have the second pass on videotape and will send Ted accurate times and positions when I manage to extract them in the morning.

I also saw the rocket close to the predicted time.
