    I was lucky to capture the NOSS 3-4 rocket (07-027B) through a gap in the clouds 
    near 00:16 UTC. The image can be seen here:

    I have it 0.4s early and 0.07 deg off-track relative to Ted's elset 07209.02355426.
    
    No luck with other satellites. They lost to clouds.
