    That's correct. The APT is given the boot between the 3rd and 4th burn of the breeze upper stage.

    Yup. It's the same one, which on Mar 30, 2005 gave me confimation, that the APT'S can be seen with
    just the eye on a good pass.
    
    APT stands for "additional propellent tank"

    Look for PLF Encapsulation. The APT is that circle looking white thing on the satellite.
    
    Maybe someone else can convince chris peat of heavens above to add them, to heavens above. I had
    sent him 2 messages on them, never heard back. Either he never received my messages, are didn't
