On 2007 July 26, near 06:30 UTC, I briefly observed what I believe is 07027B,
with my unaided eye. It was high in the north-west, about magnitude 4. It faded
before I could aim my binoculars at it, and I was unable to spot it again.

The sky was very hazy; at the 60+ deg elevation of my observation, the limiting
magnitude with the unaided eye was about 4.

Less then 2 min earlier, it failed to appear as predicted, in my 25x100
binoculars, either because it was too faint, or passed outside my field of view.
I had plotted several possible tracks, taking advantage of Daniel's observation
on the previous revolution, so I had a good idea where to look.

Daniel's and my observations confirm that my 14.177 rev/d elements are generally
correct; I expect to post a revision later today.

07027A were early by 3 s and 1.3 s, respectively, relative to my epoch 07206.33
elements, which were based on a very short arc - two consecutive passes.
