I suspect that it is running at least 1 min earlier than predicted by the elsets I posted yesterday. I suggest starting 2 min early, and allowing for at least 1 deg track error. Like Kevin, I observed both NOSS 3-4 payloads, running 25 s late, indicative of a manoeuvre since last observed, nearly 2 days ago.
