At 09:35 UTC Aug 3, 2007, the Phoenix spacecraft is schedule to be launched
from Cape Canaveral. The spacecraft will move into the sunlight at
approximately 11:00 UTC, shortly after separation from the Delta 2 launch
vehicle. Observers on the west coast of the USA and Mexico will have the
best chance of seeing the spacecraft (brightest estimated sun glint
magnitude at least 8) and Delta third stage as they move away from Earth.
