Well, I should have posted this yesterday. On June 19 UTC
and then 22 evenings later on July 11 UTC I saw eastbound
unids. Tonight is the 11th evening since, so if those two
observations were of the same object, it may go over at
about 2:40-46 tonight. However, the weather is very "iffy".
Last time it passed very near Jupiter. I'm not sure where,
if anywhere, it might be tonight. But if it's clear enough,
I'll give it a try. If anyone else on this side of the
world sees an eastbound one about that time for which no
predictions can be produced, please report it!
A town west of San Antonio, Texas, got 17 inches (or 43 cm)
of rain earlier today -- that's in a single day (and maybe
in just several hours).
