Bram Dorreman's observations reveal significant manoeuvres by both NOSS 3-4 payloads, since the last reported observations, on July 17 UTC. Since Bram did not see the Centaur, 07027B, in the orbit based on his presumed observation of July 19 UTC, it now seems more likely that he observed 07027A, running significantly late after an earlier manoeuvre. Combining that obs with the one he made tonight, yields this approximate orbit, assuming no manoeuvres in the interim: 07027A 1 70001U 07202.07564517 .00000019 00000-0 20000-4 0 03 2 70001 63.4314 312.0150 0242965 151.3679 210.0952 13.63704277 02 This would place the manoeuvre on July 18, near 05:30 UTC. Assuming 07027C manoeuvred at about the same time, then the following approximate orbit fits the observation he made tonight: 07027C 1 70008U 07202.07763643 .00000019 00000-0 20000-4 0 01 2 70008 63.4187 311.9744 0240000 149.5222 212.0019 13.63810000 03 I hope to observe them on two passes, over the next several hours.
