SatCat anomalies

    I recently noticed a couple of minor SatCat anomalies:

[1] Object #29676 has been redesignated as 2006-049F, a "baffle
cover." It was previously 2006-061B (a Russian upper stage casing),
which now has the catalogue number 29669.

[2] Object #31801 is listed in the SatCat as decayed July 9, 2007 but
does not (yet) appear in either of the Recent Decays listings at the
SatCat website.
