SeeSat-L's host is having e-mail problems, which resulted in lengthy service
interruptions Wednesday and Thursday. The outages began around 06:00 UTC, and
lasted 5 h on Wednesday, and more than 8 h today. 

The problem is under investigation, but additional outages may occur over the
next few days.
