    I was also going to suggest 31793 2007-029-B as the one.  I was out at my dark site Saturday night and saw this flickering as it passed thru Cygnus then on thru Sagatta.  Very nice!  I have been observing it every pass on every clear night since.  Quickly becoming one of my favorites.
