I am forwarding Steve Newcomb's update of his earlier report. Ted Molczan It was 14112 at 01.43.07 UTC near Dubhe, alpha ursa major, that was not visible because it wasn't dark enough. Earlier I did see at 01.30.27 UTC near nu 1 & 2 draco 28095 and 28097 and tracked with 8" dobs. Gamma draco was the only star in the general area I could see 1x because of the sky still bright. 11732 was seen for the one point at the time reported and then I moved to epsilon hercules to pick up 24680.
