Space Track now has TLE's for 2007-30A and B; SAR-Lupe 2 and its rocket.
Cat# 31797 and 31798.
SAR-Lupe 2 is in a higher orbit with 15.226 rev/day and orbital long of 204.
The rocket is at 15.272  rev/day.
