Let's hope third time is the charm for another Metop launch attempt. But if
they do not get it off the launch pad on 19-JUL-06, 16:28:10 UTC, Metop would
    need re-servicing (so I was told) which would mean a roll-back, de-mating
etc. which might take a few weeks! The actual decision whether to proceed
with the new launch attempt will probably be known by 9 UTC, 19-JUL-06.

Here is a new set of TLEs valid from 17:37 UTC, 19-JUL-06.

Launch attempts are frustrating for everyone involved but of course a failed
    satellite is much worse!
