The launch of Metop was scrubbed today apparently due to some problems
encountered while fuelling the Soyuz. At the moment everyone seems to get
ready for another launch attempt tomorrow. Launch would take place like today
at 16:28:10 UTC (18-JUL-06). But apparently the actual decision about whether
to proceed with the launch will be taken at a conference at 7:00 UTC tomorrow
    (18-JUL-06).

Here is the new TLE set for Metop (valid from 17:37 UTC, 18-JUL-06).

Let's hope they can fix the problem in time for tomorrows attempt!
