Notes:
------
(1) After a week of solid cloud I was finally able to see NROL-22 #29249
for brief moments during a "blind track" of about 40 minutes duration
using the latest element set available to me. The satellite was
running about 43 seconds late. During a "blind" track I simply start
the system tracking on the predicted position without being able to
see the satellite and then hope that I will have brief glimpses of
it through the cloud. This time it worked and a saw it a few times.
Cheers
Greg
