At around 2:48:12 UTC, I observed my first flash from Galaxy 3R ( 23741 ) for tonight. So it was around 15 h 57 m R.A -5 deg 54 min Dec Flash was around Mag 7 It almost appears that it gives slow double flashes. I had noticed the other night, it got bright then got slightly fainter, then bright again. At least that what it seems like. I hope to confirm that tonight.
