Nice Lacrosse 3 flare!

    Philip Masding gave me a heads-up because he had a prediction for a flare of 
    Lacrosse 3 (25017, 97-064A) for my site this night.
    
    His prediction was 00:22:22 UTC. Just before clouds came in I watched Lacrosse 3 
    slowly flare to magnitude 0 at 00:22:27 +/- 1s UTC, so only 5s off from his 
    prediction. So this was definitelly cool!
