    1966-024A 02119 Transit 12, reported variable by GR; prio 2; polar orbit
    1981-018A 12309 Esiafi 1; GR reported fp = 24 s; prio 2; near geostat, inc =
    13°
    1984-124A 15429 Molniya-1 63; KF reported fp = 3.5 s; of course this object
    is in an Molniya-type orbit
    1986-002H 16456 Kosmos 1723; GR reported it to be variable; to be confirmed;
    prio 3; LEO inc = 74°
    1987-053A 18123 DMSP 5D2-F8; reported variable by GR; sunsynchronous LEO;
    prio 2
    1988-046B 19196 Kosmos 1950 rocket [Tsyklon]; also reported variable by GR;
    prio 2; LEO inc = 73.6°
    1989-091A 20330 Kosmos 2050; this Oko-type Kosmos was seen flashing by EC
    with fp 36.6 s.
    Oko-type Kosmos satellites have Molniya-type orbits
    1992-052A 22076 TOPEX/Poseidon showed a 64 s long period to BY; prio 2; LEO
    inc = 66°
    1994-086G 23447 Kosmos 2299 rocket [Tsyklon] has been reported variable by
    GR; prio 3
    1997-051B 24945 Iridium 32; variable according GR; prio 2
    2003-042D 27942 UK-DMC, fp is probably 1 s according BY; to be confirmed;
    prio 1
    2004-015A 28234 Express-AM 11 has been observed by EC with fp = 576 s; prio
    2; near geostat.
    2005-043A 28890 Beijing 1; nice flashing object; prio 1;
    2006-011G 29053 Formosat 3 rocket [Minotaur] has a nice short period
    according to BD; prio 1

    Satellite to be removed from the program:
    1992-053B 22081 Kosmos 2208 rocket [Kosmos] is now Steady (LB)

    Priority changes:
    1980-098B 12445 Intelsat-5 2 rocket [Centaur] might have accelerated
    according to BY; prio now 2
    1985-108B 16263 Kosmos 1703 rocket [Tsyklon] slowed down from 11 to 31
    seconds within one month; prio 4
    has to be confirmed; this satellite has a GTO
    1986-019A 16613 SPOT 1 has a period longer than one minute; prio now 3; a
    sunsynchronous orbit, in the morning from the northern hemisphere.
    1990-017B 20509 Nadezhda 2 rocket [Kosmos] does not accelarate any more,
    prio now 3
    1990-030B 20559 Asiasat 1 rocket [CZ-3]; fp has stabilized at about 69 s,
    prio now 2; GTO
    1990-081K 20847 CZ-4 debris; decelerating according BD; ascending
    sunsynchronous orbit from northern latitudes; prio 3
    1996-049A 24285 FAST; has a flashy appearance; BD assumes a constant fp of
    2.5 s with up to ten secondary maxima. Now prio 3
    1997-017B 24773 Kosmos 2341 rocket [Kosmos] has had its smallest fp, is now
    slowing down again, prio 2.
    1977-077B 25078 Iridium 44; propably steady, prio now 3
    1998-072C 25569 Nadezhda 5 rocket [Kosmos] has had its smallest fp, is now
    slowing down again, prio 2.
    2003-031A 27840 Monitor-E/Briz prio 5 now to confirm it is Steady.
    2003-037C 27870 Kosmos 2400 rocket [Kosmos] is continuing its deceleration;
    now prio 3.
    2004-021B 28353 Kosmos 2406 rocket [Zenit] has a long period now, becoming
