I should not try thinking this time of the night. 
I
gave the time error on my observation based on
an element set with epoch 06187.40741470 and
not 06187.93724.  Sorry if this causes any confusion.

I will try and see if I can get a better estimate of the
variability period- the 5 seconds I gave is a very
rough estimate.
