Notes:
------
(1) I believe this is the NROL-22 payload launched 28 June 2006.
The satellite appeared variable with a period of about 5 seconds
and ranged from magnitude +7.5 to about +8.0 Conditions were
not ideal as there was high cirrus and a very bright moon close
by. It was running about 5m 07sec late on the search elements I
was using - epoch 06185.93724641 .
(2) Many thanks to my radio tracking colleagues who made this observation
and recovery possible, specifically Ivan Artner who put in many hours
making doppler observations.
Cheers
Greg
